1. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use this website and place an order. By using the website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement where required by applicable law.

2. Use of the Website:

You agree to use Market Zen Shopping Hub only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with website operations, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or otherwise misuse the website or its services.

3. Product Information:

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing. However, minor differences may occur due to display settings, product updates, supplier changes, or other circumstances.

4. Pricing & Availability:

Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, availability, or inventory errors at any time.

5. Pricing Errors:

If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical, typographical, system, or human error, Market Zen Shopping Hub may cancel the affected order before dispatch. If applicable, we will communicate the cancellation and any available refund arrangements.

6. Order Placement:

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order is not considered fully accepted until Market Zen Shopping Hub has confirmed the order and determined that the products are available for fulfillment.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation:

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order at any stage when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product availability issues, pricing errors, duplicate orders, delivery limitations, or violations of these terms.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Only:

Market Zen Shopping Hub accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment must be made according to the COD instructions provided at the time of delivery. We do not accept or request credit card, debit card, or online banking credentials through the website.

9. Delivery:

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

10. Failed or Refused Delivery:

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, repeated delivery attempts, refusal to accept the COD order, or other customer-related circumstances, additional delivery arrangements may be required and the order may be cancelled.

11. Returns:

Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy. Products must meet the applicable return requirements before a return can be approved.

12. Return Conditions:

Returned products may be required to be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with applicable packaging, accessories, tags, or documentation. Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility where permitted by applicable law or due to their nature.

13. Cancellations:

Cancellation requests may be accepted when submitted before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping process, the cancellation request may no longer be available and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
